Jessica J. Kastner is as an Associate Attorney in the Litigation Department, working closely with Partner & Director of Litigation, Jonathan B. Nelson.
Prior to joining Dorf & Nelson LLP, Ms. Kastner held the position of Litigation Associate with Proskauer Rose LLP in New York, NY, where she represented clients in complex commercial litigation.
Experience
Ms. Kastner has considerable experience in contract law, antitrust, securities regulation, insurance coverage, white collar crime, bankruptcy, constitutional law, international arbitration, mortgage foreclosures, employment law and intellectual property. She also has significant drafting experience, which includes all aspect of litigation including trials and appeals. Ms. Kastner also served as Attorney Advisor for the International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ) in New York, NY, a not-for-profit charitable organization.

Degrees and Qualifications
Ms. Kastner graduated from cum laude from State University of New York at Purchase College with a B.A. in Political Science and Minors in Sociology and Philosophy. She received her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School where she graduated magna cum laude and was named a Carswell Merit Scholar. Ms. Kastner is licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
