Mr. Biermann regularly presents employment law programs to various companies, trade groups, and committees, in all areas of employment law, including Discrimination avoidance, Hostile Work Environment recognition and prevention, Retaliation prevention, the Reduction In Force process, employee termination strategies and best practices, and severance and release drafting and enforcement.
Mr. Biermann recently lectured at the New York City Bar on legal issues arising from employment terminations. The lecture was attended by over 100 in-house counsel, employment attorneys and HR professionals.
Mr. Biermann also trains corporate executives, management teams and their employees in many aspects of employment law, including discrimination awareness, wage and hour compliance, hiring and termination preparedness.
