The use of Generative AI is on the rise and while some may call it convenient, the use of AI has sparked privacy concerns and litigation over the past few months. This CLE will explore the privacy risks and challenges raised through public and enterprise use of AI. This CLE program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.4 hours of total CLE credit and 2.0 hours of Transitional Credits of NY Professional Practice.
