I first met Judge Scarpino at the Orienta Beach Club some 25 years ago. His reputation preceded him. Tony was, and still is known for excellence, professionalism and mentorship of young legal minds, such as myself at the time. Judge Scarpino consistently demonstrated relentless passion to improve the lives of Westchester County residents through exceptional work in public service where he transitioned into different leadership roles with grace and overcame obstacles with resolve.
