Eric A. Sauter, Partner of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Department, helping institutional banking and non-bank lenders with all aspects of construction, bridge, mezzanine, and permanent mortgage loan originations, structuring, purchase and sales, and associated mortgage loan modifications, from application to closing.
Eric understands the business goals and time deadlines of every participant to each transaction, leveraging his one-of-a-kind acumen borne from (i) representing major luxury brands in-house, (ii) representing real estate developers both in-house and as outside counsel in transactional and litigation practice, and (iii) closing hundreds of loans for lenders at AMLAW 200 law firms, to provide pragmatic approaches toward business considerations and legal complexities that arise in deals.
