Mr. Jacobowitz is Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. He is a seasoned trial attorney whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, professional liability defense and coverage, real estate litigation and transactions, estate administration,  construction litigation and architects’ and engineers’ disputes.

Before joining the Firm, Mr. Jacobowitz was a partner at Voute Lohrfink McAndrew Meisner & Roberts LLP and before that at McDonough Marcus Cohen Heller and Kanca, where his practice included construction litigation and professional liability defense.  He  also served three years as general counsel for NAB Construction Company.  Mr. Jacobowitz began his career in the Commercial Litigation Division of the New York Law Department, where he litigated complex issues arising out of large public works projects.

Mr. Jacobowitz has been selected for inclusion in the New York Metro Super Lawyers ® list in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
