Jeffrey S. Seigel is Counsel in the firm’s Corporate Department focusing on Corporate, Business, Employment, Real Estate and Construction Law. He has over 25 years of corporate experience working for multi-billion dollar global real estate, telecom and construction companies. Jeff is experienced in preparing, reviewing and negotiating contracts relating to corporate, business, employment, real estate and construction law, mediation, strategic planning and completing complex transactions. As both an attorney and corporate executive, he understands and protects his clients’ business interests and finds innovative solutions to their legal matters.
Jeff earned his law degree from the Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. He was an Editor on International Law Review, has two International Law Certifications, studied at the University of London Faculty of Law and interned in Lincoln’s Inn Barristers Chambers. For many years, Jeff was an Adjunct Lecturer at the NYU Master’s Program.
Jeff has a passion for social responsibility and protecting the environment for future generations. He addressed the United Nations on sustainability and lectured at MIT, Columbia, NYU, Pace, UCONN, Taiwan Embassy and Chinese Institute on sustainability. He is a published Sustainability Author and was selected by Connecticut Mayor/Governor Malloy for the Sustainable Stamford Committee.
Jeff has been a member of the Westchester March of Dimes Real Estate Committee, Westchester County Association Membership Committee, Pace Law School Alumni Board, NYU-POLY Advisory Board, London Imperial College Advisory Board, UN Symphony for Peace Committee, Sustainable Stamford, US Green Building Council, and NAIOP. In his spare time Jeff, volunteers at his local religious institution, elementary school and animal shelter.
