Kenneth S. Oliver, formerly a litigator in the medical malpractice defense practice area at Bartlett, LLP in White Plains, is a partner in the Medical Malpractice Defense Department, where he represents clients in jury trials of technically complicated liability matters.
As a battle tested litigator for over 4 decades, Ken is an integral member in the medical malpractice community, being a member of the New York State Medical Malpractice Defense Bar Association and enhancing the field by developing and implementing defense strategies for individual healthcare professionals and institutions. He also has expertise with complex general liability claims, including construction and transportation matters.
