Mr. Dacey is a partner in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. He is a seasoned trial attorney and has tried over 75 cases to verdict. He has tried cases in 19 out of 21 counties in New Jersey.  He has been recognized by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney since 2004.  Mr. Dacey has developed a loyal following of clients in the hospitality and security industries and has participated in several landmark decisions in those areas. In addition, his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, dram shop, trucking, construction, premises liability, negligent security and general liability matters.

Mr. Dacey spent a semester in Law school at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. He previously served for many years on the Board of the South Wall Little League, eventually serving as president of the league.

Before joining the Firm, Mr. Dacey was a partner at Bolan Jahnsen Dacey ESQS.

Mr. Dacey has taught NJ ICLE courses regarding dram shop law and the negligent service of alcohol.
