Marili D. Gelardi is a Senior Associate in the Medical Malpractice Defense Department. Ms. Gelardi represents individual and institutional clients in complex, high exposure claims in the areas of medical malpractice and general liability matters. She has extensive experience managing all stages of litigation from inception through trial and alternative dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Dorf & Nelson, Ms. Gelardi was a senior associate and partner at medical malpractice firms where she honed her litigation skills attending court conferences and depositions, drafting and responding to discovery demands, conducting medical and legal research, and preparing and arguing motions in the trial and appellate courts.

Ms. Gelardi is fluent in Italian, Spanish and French.
