Rachel M. Lust is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department. She has experience handling a wide array of litigation matters from preparation of the initial pleadings to preparation of motions for summary judgment.

Prior to joining Dorf & Nelson, Ms. Lust represented clients in  real property litigation matters, drafted multifaceted legal documents such as revocable trusts, and prepared COVID-19 policies for nursing homes.

Ms. Lust graduated Cum Laude from Pace University, Elisabeth Haub School of Law where she served as the Executive Production Editor of the Pace Law Review.
