Jason J. Lavery is a partner in the Firm’s Healthcare and General Liability Defense Group. He is a seasoned litigator whose practice focuses on all aspects of civil litigation defense, including professional negligence, construction and labor law, premises liability, medical malpractice, employment law, general insurance defense, negligent security and dram shop law.
Mr. Lavery was associated with a regional defense firm in New Jersey where he practiced employment law and civil defense litigation in state and federal court.
Prior to joining Dorf Nelson & Zauderer, Mr. Lavery was a partner at Barker Patterson Nichols.
