Jillian L. Lavery is a Law Clerk in the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate & Land Use Department.
She possesses expertise in drafting commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, analyzing surveys, and executing real estate closing requirements. Additionally, she has collaborated with not-for-profit entities on routine maintenance, formation, mergers, and dissolution matters.
Before her current role at Dorf Nelson & Zauderer LLP, Ms. Lavery served as a research assistant for Archival Magazine. She also completed internships at the New York State Office of the Attorney General and the Dutchess County Public Defender’s Office.
