Lawyer Overview
Luis Evangelista is an Associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Department.
Mr. Evangelista brings years of experience in Labor and Employment matters from working in the Employment Law Office of the United States Postal Service (USPS) and serving as a Labor Relations Specialist for the USPS. Prior to his service with the USPS, Mr. Evangelista spent over a decade supporting litigators at a national law firm that specializes in products liability multidistrict litigation and class action lawsuits for plaintiffs. After gaining valuable experience in these areas, he pursued his dream of becoming a lawyer.
During law school, Mr. Evangelista was a Senior Associate of the Pace International Law Review, competed as a member of various moot court teams, and served as the Director of the Pace Law Advocacy Board Blog. Throughout law school, he gained valuable perspective into civil litigation and employment law through internships at the New York State Department of Labor, the Office of the New York State Attorney General, and at a firm that served as counsel to Travelers Insurance.
