Megan Mali is an Associate in Dorf Nelson & Zauderer LLP’s Commercial & Real Property Finance Department. Ms. Mali has experience in drafting commercial and real property finance documents for various banks, including assignments of lease and rent, affidavits, loan agreements, and mortgage notes, etc.
While in law school, Ms. Mali was the recipient of the Alumni Scholarship and Dean’s Award for Excellence for Real Estate Transactions. She was also a member of the Real Property Law Society, Women’s Law Society and Catholic Law Students Association.
