Nikolas Popovic is an Associate in Dorf Nelson & Zauderer LLP's Litigation Department and Healthcare & General Liability Defense Group. He represents individual and institutional clients in complex, high exposure claims in the areas of medical malpractice and general liability. Mr. Popovic has experience working in all stages of litigation from inception through trial.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Popovic worked as a Law Clerk at a civil litigation firm where he developed his litigation skills drafting motions and conducting medical and legal research for matters involving general liability, medical malpractice, construction defects, and labor law. He also worked for the Legal Services of Hudson Valley Foreclosure Unit where he performed legal research on constitutional issues relating to tax foreclosure.
