Ruth Post is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department and Trusts & Estates Group. Ms. Post’s extensive litigation experience includes resolving and litigating property and title disputes for owners, lenders and title insurance companies, complex foreclosures, and Surrogate’s Court litigation. In addition, Ms. Post has extensive experience in complex motion practice in state, federal and appellate courts.
Prior to joining Dorf Nelson & Zauderer, Ms. Post was a litigation associate with McCullough, Goldberg & Staudt where she focused her practice on complex commercial and civil litigation matters.
