William H. Gagas is a Partner in Dorf Nelson & Zauderer LLP’s Litigation Department and Healthcare & General Liability Defense Group. Mr. Gagas represents physicians, medical practice groups, small and large businesses, property owners, engineers, architects, and other professionals and individuals in numerous areas of civil litigation, including medical malpractice, professional liability, New York Labor Law, construction defect, premises liability and other general liability matters. He has also handled numerous commercial litigation, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy, and employment law matters.
Mr. Gagas is an accomplished appellate advocate, having briefed and argued dozens of appeals before the state and federal courts of New York and Massachusetts, and several other jurisdictions, including Florida, California and New Hampshire.
Mr. Gagas honed his litigation skills over the past 10+ years working as both plaintiff’s and defense counsel on numerous high profile and high exposure cases, and takes incredible pride in delivering exceptional results for his clients.
When he is not working, Mr. Gagas enjoys spending time with his wife and children, and golfing, and is an avid sports fan.
